Our PSAT courses are English courses designed by AEI to prepare students for academic success in high school and beyond. CC courses provide students with a foundation, while PSAT courses gradually increase in difficulty and academic rigor. These courses not only improve general English skills but are also early preparation for the SAT, ACT, and college English sections.
Course Overview
Our PSAT courses are divided into 3 levels:
• PSAT Jr. For grades 7-8.
• PSAT 1 For grades 8-9.
• PSAT 2 Applicable to grades 9-10.
After taking PSAT 1, students can continue to take PSAT 2 or SAT Jr., where PSAT 2 is suitable for students who want to continue to improve their English proficiency, while SAT Jr. is suitable for senior students who just want to focus on SAT test preparation.

The PSAT curriculum is unit-based, and each unit contains 5 parts:
part | describe |
---|---|
vocabulary | Academic vocabulary of increasing difficulty |
grammar | Complex and meticulous grammatical concepts |
short reading | Critical thinking, intensive reading, and test-taking strategies |
long reading | Literary Analysis and Creative Thinking |
writing | Academic writing tasks that incorporate skills learned throughout the unit |
It takes approximately 6-8 hours to complete one unit (including all 5 sections).
*Students will be assessed through unit vocabulary and grammar tests.
