Teacher Emmy graduated from the University of Iowa at 20 years old on a full scholarship. Before entering university, she completed 12 AP courses in high school, giving her a strong foundation in advanced math and science. Emmy is passionate about the natural sciences, and excels at breaking down complex material into accessible, engaging lessons.

Her background includes work as a professor’s assistant, bioinformatician, and undergraduate advisor, where she developed her skills in academic communication, mentorship, and leadership. Emmy has led classroom instruction, coordinated outreach events, and guided students of all levels. Dedicated, reliable, and driven, she brings both academic excellence and a passion for student success into every classroom.
