Professor Tal Ben-Shahar put forward the idea that &quot;happiness depends on one&#039;s conscious way of thinking&quot; in this course, which is popular all over the world, and summarized it. Twelve practices:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Ask yourself questions repeatedly. Self-argument will open the way to self-exploration, and in the process the things worthy of our faith will gradually become clear.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Believe in yourself! Whenever you face a problem or challenge, use visual imagination to tell yourself that you can do it, and actually solve it. Don\u2019t forget to trust others too!<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. Accept your own failures, otherwise you will never grow.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4. Accept that you are not perfect. Life is like an upward curve, it doesn&#039;t just go up.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5. Facing our various emotions, positive or negative, positive and negative are all part of us.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6. Document your life, it will pay off!<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">7. Think positively about all the problems you face and learn to be grateful. Gratitude can bring people the purest happiness.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">8. Simplify your life. Master the principle of valuing essence rather than valuing too much. Learn to say &quot;no&quot; to things you don&#039;t need.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">9. Intimacy is the first element of happiness and the original need of human beings. Make sure you put in the effort for a happy and long-lasting relationship.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">10. Exercise enough and get enough rest!<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">11. Recognize the three investment levels of work, career and mission, and find your own mission.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">12.
