Laura Wang, an educator hailing from the United States, holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MA in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has previously taught high school chemistry in New York City and showcased her curriculum at the National Science Teachers Association annual conference. Additionally, she possesses an MFA in Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and has extensive experience assisting students with grammar, reading, and writing. Laura is dedicated to student-centered instruction and harbors a particular passion for ensuring the accessibility of math and science to all learners. Prior to her teaching career, Laura engaged in biochemical research at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on designing kinetic studies of enzymes. At AEI, Laura specializes in chemistry (ranging from introductory to AP levels) as well as SAT English and math.
